1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and crikex ("crikex", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the crikex website located at crikex.bio and any associated services, features, content, and products (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the crikex platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the crikex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of crikex regardless of access method, geographic location, or device type. Pakistani users are specifically advised that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether their use of crikex is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use crikex, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling;
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order at crikex or any other gambling platform;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or family member of a crikex employee or associated company.

crikex reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Any winnings generated by a player found to be underage will be forfeited in full.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) crikex account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, mobile number, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a crikex account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields;
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly in the event of any changes;
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Notify crikex immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via the support channels available on the platform.

crikex accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or acquiring a crikex account is prohibited.

4.Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering principles, crikex applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. crikex may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a User to submit identity and address verification documents prior to processing withdrawals, approving bonuses, or continuing account access.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include:

• Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back copy;
• National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP);
• Valid Pakistani Passport (bio-data page);
• For proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three (3) months.

crikex reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. Any funds deposited into an account where identity fraud is detected will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to a crikex account must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. crikex does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill, subject to availability.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on crikex:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (or equivalent). Maximum limits apply per transaction and per day as displayed in the Cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. crikex may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• crikex does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees for which crikex bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. Verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa can typically expect withdrawals processed within one to two (1–2) hours. Bank transfers may take one to three (1–3) business days.
• crikex reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violations.
• Deposits not associated with any betting activity may be subject to administrative review prior to withdrawal. crikex is not a banking or payment intermediary service.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the crikex platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• A bet is confirmed only when the platform displays a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Verbal or implied acceptance of bets is not recognised by crikex.
• crikex reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system fault, manifest error in pricing ("palpable error"), or any event outside crikex's reasonable control.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, engage in arbitrage betting in abuse of platform rules, or use automated systems to place bets is prohibited and may result in the voiding of associated bets and account suspension.
• For live games, results are determined at the moment the game or round concludes. Any connectivity interruption on the User's side does not constitute grounds for void or refund.
• Winnings are credited to the User's crikex account balance upon official result confirmation. crikex's determination of results is final in all cases where a dispute arises.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

crikex offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are stated at the point of offer presentation.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• crikex reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to suspect abuse of promotional terms.
• Using bonus funds to place bets that hedge or guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and account suspension.
• crikex reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence that a User has provided false information in order to qualify for a bonus.

8.Prohibited Conduct

Users of crikex are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account usage;
• Creating or operating more than one crikex account, whether individually or in coordination with others;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the crikex platform;
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other non-human means to interact with crikex;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the crikex platform, its systems, or any other User's account;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the crikex system;
• Acting in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any other conduct that crikex, acting reasonably, determines to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to applicable law enforcement authorities.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the crikex platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, text, and user interface elements — is the property of crikex or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the crikex platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any crikex content without express written permission.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikex, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling or betting on the crikex platform;
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance, or technical failures outside crikex's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of the platform;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers used to process deposits or withdrawals;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain account security or safeguard login credentials.

The crikex platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crikex makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

11.Account Suspension & Closure

crikex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account activity inconsistent with normal personal use;
• A self-exclusion request made by the User or pursuant to a responsible gaming determination;
• Any regulatory or legal requirement that necessitates account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach or fraud, crikex reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed at the User's voluntary request and there is no outstanding Terms breach, real-money balances will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, net of any applicable bonus deductions.

12.Responsible Gaming

crikex is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — configurable from account settings;
• Loss limits — restricting the maximum amount a User may lose within a defined period;
• Session time limits and reality check notifications;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion — voluntary account suspension for a defined period or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

13.Amendments to Terms

crikex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the crikex platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 11 above.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by crikex's jurisdiction of operation. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the crikex platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

For formal dispute submissions, Users should contact crikex support in writing via the contact details in clause 15 below, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant account information, and the outcome sought. crikex will endeavour to respond to formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
